BALSAMIC: THE GREAT VINEGAR DEBATE

"Consider the population of China, and the diverse global and geographic
culturally eclectic differences in North America. We’re the melting pot.
We have no official language, hence, no official vinegar! This brings me
to my point. Rice vinegar, is clearly recognized as being “the” vinegar in
China or any other Eastern country, discounting India, which isn’t actually
part of Asia anyway as it merely slammed into the continent during the
Triassic creating what we know as the Himalayas."
